All our products have passed very thorough testing and quality assurance in all modes. However, some potential bugs may remain undetected, as in any software product. If you find such bug, we will try to fix it as soon as possible.
If some wrong situation occurs when you work with EasyDone dialog boxes, we will appreciate if you send description of all steps, which precede this wrong situation, so we could recreate it. If a wrong situation occurs when you recognize or edit some raster image, we need also this image and EasyDone working files to recreate the same situation. In this connection we appreciate if you create file DIAGNOSE.BIN and send it via e-mail.
Without these files we cannot repeat the wrong situation and cannot provide technical support. That is why we do not provide technical support via fax, regular mail or phone call.
